We are looking for a special person to join our us as a Food & Beverage Supervisor within our beautiful Blossoms Restaurant and Event space. Overseeing our Blossoms Restaurant, Afternoon Tea service & Private Dining, delivery and service within the business you need to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities & Duties

Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager and working as part of a busy, vibrant team, you will be the first point of contact for every guest. The role involves working a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will maintain high standards of customer service in a professional yet relaxed manner, taking pride in keeping both the restaurant and back-of-house areas looking their best. A key part of the role is supporting the ongoing training and development of junior team members in a positive and productive way. You will also be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions to continually improve service quality, always striving for progress. All duties and responsibilities must be performed in a timely and efficient manner, in line with established company policies and procedures, to meet the overall objectives of the position.

About you

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid background in delivering food and beverage service to the highest standard within a similar environment. They will have outstanding customer service skills, be highly organised with a keen eye for detail, and possess strong knowledge of food, wines, and cheeses. A proven track record as a capable team supervisor is essential, with the ability to lead and support team members in consistently delivering exceptional service. The candidate should have a clear understanding of the high standards expected in a luxury establishment and be determined to create a memorable guest experience. Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality are key qualities we’re looking for.

• up to 40 hours per on a shifts basis Monday to Sunday including bank holidays and weekends, so flexibility is required

• Up to £13.50 per hour, paid monthly
