Guest Service Assistant
We are currently recruiting a Guest Services Assistant who will provide and enhance an exceptional guest experience, focusing on the smallest of gestures, leading onto going the extra mile. In this role you will support our Reception, Housekeeping and Events Teams. We are looking for someone with a can-do, high energy and flexible approach to their work.
You will be responsible for offering guests and visitors information and assistance regarding luggage, finding rooms, hotel facilities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, transportation, and recreation, all while projecting a positive image of the hotel at all times. Passionate about creating the most unique and memorable stay experiences, you will ensure every guest feels truly welcomed. As an excellent and confident communicator, you will have the ability to interact with guests in a warm and professional manner, making them feel cared for throughout their stay—because for you, nothing is too much.
We are looking for individuals who are happy to engage and interact with hotel guests on a regular basis, bringing a friendly, courteous, and helpful approach along with excellent communication skills. You should be motivated to go the extra mile for both guests and colleagues, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business needs. While previous experience is not essential, we value team members who have the right attitude and are truly people people.

• Up to £12.50 per hour, paid monthly
• Full-time or Part-time shifts will be 8 hours on a rota basis from 6.30am to 11pm Monday to Sunday including bank holidays and weekends, so flexibility is required
