We are located just off the A606, between the market towns of Oakham and Stamford.

• From the North or South: Follow the A1 until you reach the A606 exit. Stay on this road for a few miles; you will see the signs for the hotel on your left as the water comes into view.
• From the West: Travel via the A14 or A47 until you reach the A6003. Follow this into Oakham, then pick up the A606 heading east. You will find our entrance on the right-hand side.

Our nearest station is Oakham, a quiet five-minute taxi ride from the hotel. For those travelling from London King’s Cross, the journey is straightforward – simply change at Peterborough for the local connection to Oakham. You can also reach us via regular services from Leicester and Birmingham.

Whether you are arriving by helicopter or flying into a nearby airport, the final leg of the journey is a quiet one.
