To tailor our treatments to your individual needs:

• Pre-Treatment Consultation: Guests must complete an online medical consultation form before their appointment. This will be reviewed with a therapist upon arrival.
• Health Considerations: Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant, have allergies, a heart condition, a diagnosed medical condition, or are taking prescribed medications.
• Pregnancy Policy:
  • Treatments are not offered to individuals who are 1–13 weeks pregnant.
  • From 13 weeks onward, a range of pregnancy-safe treatments is available.

• Booking Methods: Appointments can be scheduled via the Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa website or by contacting Reservations at 01572 757901.
• Payment Policies:
  • Individual Treatments: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Journeys & Packages: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Residential Wellbeing Breaks: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment Methods: All major credit cards are accepted. Gift vouchers must be redeemed at the time of payment.
• Cancellation Policies:
  • Individual Treatments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% charge. No-shows without prior notice are also charged in full.
  • Journeys & Packages: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a 100% charge. No-shows without prior notice are charged in full.
  • Residential Wellbeing Breaks: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a 100% charge. No-shows without prior notice are charged in full.

• Treatment Duration: Treatment time includes the medical consultation, setup, and the chosen treatment.
• Adjustments: Four Roots Wellbeing reserves the right to alter treatment times on the day if necessary.
• Facilities: Rutland Hall Hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy within its premises and on external parameters. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
• Electronic Devices: Guests are requested to keep mobile phones on silent or switched off during their visit. Photography is not permitted in areas where others are present.
• Jewellery: Guests may be required to remove jewellery for treatments; it is advisable to leave valuables at home.
• Liability: Rutland Hall Hotel will not be liable for damage, injury, or loss to customers, their property, and belongings unless caused by the negligence of the company, its employees, or agents.
• Special Offers: Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are subject to availability.

• Under 16: Not permitted to use or accompany persons over 18 attending the Four Roots Wellbeing.
• 16 to 17 Years: May undergo facial treatments when supervised in the same room by a parent or guardian. Body massages or body treatments are not permitted for this age group.
