Wellbeing Spa Therapist (Four Roots at Rutland Hall)
We’re hiring a Wellbeing Spa Therapist at Rutland Hall Hotel’s Four Roots. Set in peaceful parklands by Rutland Water, our Four Roots Ritual blends rejuvenating treatments with holistic therapies to enhance physical relaxation and inner calm. We have opportunities for experienced Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) Spa Therapists to join the team.
As a Wellbeing Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and delivering high standards of treatments to clients and guests at all times – ensuring everyone leaves feeling relaxed and with a sense of tranquillity.
About You
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a quality Spa or Well-being business operation. Successful applicants will possess relevant training in their field of expertise, with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification, and specific Spa brand training and qualifications would be considered an advantage.
Ideal candidates will possess strong client service skills and adopt a consultative approach to client care.

• Shifts will be on a rota basis between 8.30 am-6 pm Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays and weekends, so flexibility is required
