Al fresco dining

Relax and indulge

With plenty of outdoor seating at Blossoms, you can relax and unwind amidst the tranquillity and enchanting sounds of bird song found in the picturesque 70-acre grounds of the resort.
Eating al fresco at Blossoms is not just a ‘grab a bite to eat’ kind of a place, it truly is a feast for all your senses. You can pop in without a reservation for a thirst-quenching cold beer (or bucket of beers!), wine, cocktail, coffee plus there’s an array of tasty nibbles, sharing platters, sandwiches, pizzas and more to enjoy.
It’s best to book a table to eat, but you can walk in and chance it. The Light lunch menu is served from midday to 5.30pm. Last food orders are taken at 9pm.

Menu options

Served 7 days a week Between 12 noon and 9pm

The highlight of our menus is, of course, the evening menu which offers a unique selection of delicious dishes including super slow cooked English beef, pan-fried wild stone bass, and lamb Osso Bucco rogan josh. All dishes are freshly prepared using local produce wherever possible.

The starter and dessert menus offer an array of tastes designed to appeal to all tastes. Starters include goats cheese tarte tatin, truffled wild mushroom arancini, lemongrass infused Scottish salmon and cajun spiced corn fritters. Desserts are traditional in style with a modern twist: including a tasty traditional apple crumble option (served in a tartlet style), a rich dark chocolate tiramisu, mulled wine poached pear and an intensely fruity blackberry cheesecake.

All menus include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, and all dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.
