Executive Head Chef Lee Clarke, previously from prominent and highly regarded local eateries Clarkes and Prévost, leads a team of 14 talented chefs dedicated to showcasing seasonal ingredients and refined classic cuisine. Each dish celebrates the best of locally sourced produce, carefully prepared to highlight flavour, quality and creativity.

Unwind with a treatment at Four Roots, our wellness centre, or recharge with our leisure facilities which include a gym, regular fitness classes, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. If you prefer the outdoors, you can walk and cycle around Rutland Water which sits at the edge of the resort. Nearby there’s a whole host of water sports including sailing, a water park and much more besides.

You can also enjoy lakeside walks directly from the hotel, wander through the surrounding parkland, or simply find a quiet spot in the grounds to take in the fresh air and tranquil setting.
