Heated Indoor 22M Pool Make a splash

Our 22-metre indoor pool offers the perfect setting for relaxation and wellness. Whether you’re looking to take a refreshing swim or simply enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, our pool provides a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.

Hotel guests enjoy complimentary access to our leisure facilities throughout their stay. Towels are provided at the leisure reception for your convenience.

The pool is open from 7 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 8 pm on weekends.

The last entry to the pool is at 7:20 pm every day.

We kindly ask guests to spend no more than 15 minutes in the changing rooms once we close.

Onsite Fitness

Fully Equipped Gym Open 7 days a week

Pre-booking is required for all classes, and members can book online.

The gym is open from 7 am to 7:45 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 7:45 pm on weekends.

The last entry to the gym is at 7:20 pm every day.

We kindly ask guests to spend no more than 15 minutes in the changing rooms once we close.

If you have any queries while in the gym, please speak with our leisure team, who can arrange a chat with our fitness instructors; we also offer personal training sessions for an additional cost. We also run fitness classes for all levels.

E-Bike Hire

Explore Rutland Water Cycle trails around Rutland Water

Ready for a fun and scenic adventure? Hire an e-bike and cycle your way around the stunning Rutland Water – with minimal effort and maximum enjoyment.

Available 7 days a week
Cost: £40 for 4 hours or £50 all day


How to book

E-bikes require 24 hours’ notice.
Please visit the Leisure Team during your stay to arrange hire. Booking is quick and easy through our Leisure Team. Exclusively for in-house guests at the moment.

Before you ride

  • Payment must be made by credit or debit card

  • Riders must be 18+ years old

  • You are responsible for the e-bike and hire equipment

  • Dress appropriately:

    • Sports clothing

    • Light, showerproof jackets recommended

    • We do recommend cycling in trainers or appropriate shoes
