Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing them with necessary information for their visit.
• Maintain the front-of-house areas and display cabinets to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls and handle email and face-to-face enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the centre.
• Utilise their sales skills to upsell our exceptional products and services.
• Assist with taking food orders and serving in our restaurant area.
Required Experience and Skills:
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in reception and/or food and beverage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with basic telephone techniques.
• A confident and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Details of employment
• 40 hours per week paid shifts excluding breaks
• 8.5 hours shifts (inclusive of break) allocated between 8.30am to 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday inclusive and will include bank holidays
• £12.00 per hour, paid monthly
