Deep Cleaning
Our housekeepers have researched and sourced a special cleaning product called ‘safe zone’ which is in line with Covid-19 guidelines published by the government. Additional team members have been recruited, allowing for more hours of socially distanced cleaning to ensure all areas are meticulously cleaned and sanitised while keeping our colleagues as safe as possible. Keeping up to date with protocol, following advice from NHS and government.
Services
We have indoor and outdoor options available for your dining. Our new Restaurant offers socially spaced out tables and table service. Our colleagues undergo daily briefing and regular training on standards of health and hygiene and we are proud to have such robust internal policies.

Message from General Manager John Higham:
‘We are keeping up to date with government policies and will endeavour to keep everyone as safe as possible. We request and advise that everyone remain respectful and follow the amended procedures as and when new rules come into force. On arrival, we will continue to encourage use of temperature checks machines, face masks and hand sanitisation facilities, which are available in most common areas of the hotel. We have taken precautionary measures by limiting our capacity, to ensure plenty of space for all guests. We look forward to welcoming you here, and we are happy to inform you that we will continue to operate within government guidelines.’
