Eating at Blossoms

New seasonal menus

As one of the best restaurants in Rutland, we’re delighted to have launched our delicious new seasonal menu at Rutland Hall Hotel, curated by our passionate Executive Head Chef, Sumit Chakrabarty.

This menu comes in a variety of formats with the most exciting offer being driven by the on-site restaurant, Blossoms’, new set lunch menu which is a steal at just £26 for 2 courses, and £28 for 3 courses. Other lunch options include nibbles and sharing platters, and a light lunch menu offering sandwiches, burgers, salads and pizzas.

“This latest menu is close to my heart,” explains Chef. “I call it refined dining, where I get to champion fresh and seasonal local produce. Blossoms’ latest menus are all about celebrating flavours; we are proud to be serving exceptionally tasty dishes that are not too fussy in style using seasonal produce.”

The ever-popular Blossoms restaurant has an outstanding reputation for fantastic dining experiences, offering something for all tastes.

Menu options

The highlight of our menus is, of course, the evening menu which offers a unique selection of delicious dishes including super slow cooked English beef, pan-fried wild stone bass, and lamb Osso Bucco rogan josh. All dishes are freshly prepared using local produce wherever possible.

Starters include goats cheese tarte tatin, truffled wild mushroom arancini, lemongrass infused Scottish salmon and cajun spiced corn fritters. Desserts are traditional in style with a modern twist: including a tasty traditional apple crumble option (served in a tartlet style), a rich dark chocolate tiramisu, mulled wine poached pear and an intensely fruity blackberry cheesecake.
