Leisure Club Booking Policy at Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa

Cancellation Policy

All Gym and Swimming bookings can be booked online or via the Leisure reception.

Bookings can also be cancelled on the online booking portal by visiting ‘My Future Appointments’ and pressing the red cross on the slot you cannot attend.

Failure to attend 3 booked sessions will result in the cancellation of any future bookings and booking access will be denied for 1 week.

* The swimming pool becomes very busy during school breaks. We recommend you book early to avoid any disappointment. 

Spa Treatments  

Spa treatments are also available subject to availability; we would certainly advise booking these in advance by telephoning 01572 771313.  Our Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
